Will a BandW hutch for a 2014 F250 fit a 2010 F250??

The frame rails for the 2014 and 2010 Ford F-250 are different enough that the same bracket kit can't be used for the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch on both trucks. What you can do though is keep your existing center hitch section (part # BWGNRC800) and just obtain the needed mounting bracket kit for the 2010 F-250 with part # BWGNRM1108.
This kit includes all the needed hardware and frame brackets to install the hitch to the truck. I have attached the written installation instructions that you can check out as well.
