Question:
Would the center brace of the LC175180 be strong enough to mount a LC159056 Spare tire winch system to it? Say to put a 14inch spare on it?

I don't believe that center plate on the 96" Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit # LC175180 would be strong enough to support Lippert Components Spare Tire Winch # LC159056 with a spare tire. I recommend installing a beam in-between the crossbars to mount this spare tire winch.
We do have the 99-1/2" Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit # LC125460 which already has the spare tire carrier installed so if your setup is compatible with the extra 3-1/2" then I recommend taking this route instead.
