if my trailer is nose up to the towing vehicle was is the affect on my tires.

If your trailer is not level it can affect the tires with uneven tread wear because it puts more weight on one axle as compared to both of the axles evenly distributing the weight. Ideally a trailer should be level however an inch or 2 is okay.

If the vehicle you tow with sits up high you may need to lift the trailer by moving the axles from being above the leaf springs to below the leaf springs or what some people call "flipping the axle." The part you need to do this with is an Over-Under Conversion kit part # K71-385-00 that fits a 3" axle or part # K71-384-00 that fits a 2-3/8" axle.

If you are towing a fifth wheel trailer you can adjust the pin box to level out the trailer or some fifth wheel hitch heads are adjustable in height.
