Since you can be looking at a max weight capacity of 14K you need a tire rated for at least 3.5K so that it can accommodate up to that weight. For your application I recommend using the Kenda Karrier ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10295 because it has a Load Range E, which is 3,640 lbs at 95 psi for single tires or 3200lbs at 95psi for dual applications. It has a max speed rating of 81 mph, and comes with a 1-year warranty.
Please note that this has an overall diameter of 31.61" and a section with of 9.37". You need to make sure that you have at least 4" of clearance between the tires and your fenders and at least 2" between the tires and your trailer frame.
I have attached a review video of this tire that you can check out as well as a helpful article that shows various tire sizes and typical load ratings that you can filter through.
