Question:
I have 2006 Expedition with aftermarket Kenwood stereo. If bluetooth is connected to head unit will the C51180 still work?

It sounds like you are trying to play music though your stereo via Bluetooth while also using the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 to control your trailer brakes. If that is the case then this is more a feature of your phone than the Curt Echo. I spoke with Curt and they said they have been able to stream both Pandora as well as use the Curt Echo but this will really come down to the capability of your smartphone. The latest version of Bluetooth does allow for multiple devices to play at once so if you have a fairly new smartphone then it should work for you.
