We have a 2019 Ford Ranger with a short bed. We need a bed cover for it but also need a kayak and SUP transporter type rack to fit over the bed. What do you recommend? Thank you.

For your 2019 Ford Ranger I recommend the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Metal Hard Tonneau Cover - Retractable - Aluminum - Matte Black # 311-KMFA31A62 for a 6 foot bed or # 311-KMFA30A61 for a 5 foot bed.
The The T-tracks on the UltraGroove are designed to work with roof rack crossbars and other accessories. To add a set of crossbars to these tracks I recommend the Yakima 60 inch JetStream Bars # Y00425 along with the Landing Pad # Y00221 and Towers # Y53TR to attach them to the tracks.
If you want ladder rack height you can use the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Rack w/ Retrax XR Tonneau Cover Adapter - 68" HD Crossbars # Y01151-5855.
With either option I recommend the Thule DockGrip # TH895 for a quality yet basic function option or the Yakima ShowDown Kayak or SUP Carrier and Lift Assist w/ Tie-Downs - Side Loading - Clamp On # Y04081 for a premium option for easy loading and support.
