The three roof vents offer very different ventilation solutions. If you are looking for the best way the MaxxFan part # MA00-06200K wins easily. It has a fan that moves 900 CFM (that's quite a bit) and a lid design that allows you to never have to worry about rain getting in. Basically you can use this fan in any weather and you're fine. I attached an install video for this on a similar camper van for you to check out too.
The next step down is the # FV807350 you mentioned which also moves a lot of air (920 CFM) but it will have to be closed when it rains as it would allow water in. It has a rain sensor though so it will automatically do this.
The last is the Hengs vent we do not offer. This is a manual style vent that has a much lower output fan. This requires manual raising and lowering as well as manually turning the fan off and on.
