Could Pipes of CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons CE27620 Be Replaced with Longer Pipe

Question:

If I install the kit on my PWC trailer, and realize that the 40inch isnt quite tall enough, can I cut another piece of PVC to a longer length and use it? I can cut the notch out also to keep the PVC from turning. Thanks.

Yes, if you ordered the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers # CE27620 and then found that the PVC seemed too short you could replace just the PVC with a longer section of pipe as long as the diameter matches.
