The batteries in the sensors of the Tuson Towable Tire Pressure Monitoring System # 335TPMS4WIVS that you mentioned will last around 5 years with normal use and are not replaceable.
You'd have to replace the sensor with the part # 335TPMS-SENS which comes with the battery.
