The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSWB that you referenced are designed to clamp over the bed rails and looking at pictures online of the dually model for your 2017 Ram 3500 I think the extended/protruded wheel wells on the truck are going to cause an issue when trying to attach these.

To avoid this type of interference your best option is going to be with custom frame-mounted camper tie-downs from TorkLift. If you can tell me what type of trailer hitch you have installed (factory, aftermarket, etc) along with the type of running boards you have (if any) I will be happy to recommend a specific set.
