The transmission cooler I recommend for your 2014 Subaru Forester with either a 2.0L H4 Engine - Turbocharged or 2.5L H4 Engine is the Derale Series 8000 Transmission Cooler # D13503 because of how efficient the cooler is.
This is a plate-and-fin cooler, which means it uses smaller plates that cover more area than other coolers in order to agitate transmission fluid. Because you cannot overcool fluids, the rule of thumb with transmission coolers is that size matters so the large 11" wide x 8-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep Series 8000 is going to give you great cooling efficiency. You do need to ensure that you have enough room for this cooler to fit; I have added a cut out from the linked installation instructions which show the mounting options.
If the larger # D13503 is too big, there is also the Derale # D13502 which is 11" wide x 7-1/4" tall x 7/8" deep and the Derale # D13501 which is 11" wide x 5-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep.
I have added links to a video review of this transmission cooler for you to take a look at as well as the written installation instructions which I recommend checking out.
