Question:

Im asking because the cross bars have push in weather stripping in the t-slot. Id rather NOT remove or trim it. Can these be installed with push in t-slots?

The Rhino-Rack Nautic 581 Rear Loading Kayak Carrier # RR581 that you referenced is compatible with the top channels of the Malone Aero2 bars like what you have that have the push down rubber channels. You'd just need to push the weather stripping down to start this rack into the channel and then slide them all the way in.
