Troubleshooting Reverse Lockout Solenoid Replacement on 2006 Mastercraft Trailer
Updated 05/29/2019 | Published 05/25/2019 >
Question:
So I sent you a question about my 2006 Mastercraft trailer not backing up in reverse sometimes. You recommended this part to replace the original and I ordered it. Well I went out today to look and see about replacing the original but it has 3 Openings. One on each end and one in the middle. The part you recommended only has 2 openings one on each end. Any Ideas?

Thanks for the explanation. The Solenoid Valve Replacement Kit for Titan/UFP Brake Actuators with Reverse Lockouts # TK71-755-00 is what you can use for that style coupler. It simply has another connection for a drain to give you the bypass. Since your current one has this, you can simply remove the wiring and leave it in place with the Titan # T4748800 you have behind it. Simply connect the wires to that unit and you should be good to go. If you prefer to remove the old one you can either replace it with the # TK71-755-00 for a direct fit or you can plug/seal the return and use the # T4748800.
