Although I don't know what axle is on your 1995 Dutchman 1204 pop up camper I can still help you find a replacement axle.
If you are looking to replace it with a standard axle like the Dexter Trailer Axle # 35545I-EZ-89 then I would first need to know what your axle weight capacity is (which can be found stamped on the middle of the axle) as well as your hub face and spring center measurements. For example, the Dexter trailer axle I referenced has a weight capacity of 3,500 lbs and has hub face and spring center measurements of 89" and 74" respectively (see attached photo).
We also have axle-less axles from Timbren like part # A35RS545 which come with their own suspension system. The Timbrens install directly to the frame and require no suspension maintenance.
I have attached review videos for both of the axle parts mentioned above as well as a link to our list of replacement axles that you can filter through.
