Do Trailer Brake Hubs and Idler Hubs Have Same Hub Face Dimension

Question:
will adding electric brakes change the hub face to hub face distance of a 3500lb idler axle.

The hub face dimensions between idler hubs and brake hubs like the part # 84557UC3 that you referenced is the exact same which means your wheel would not stick any further or less if you went from no brake to a brake axle.
