Question:
Ive measured my camper, and its exactly 51 inch between the center of the holes on the frame that I can mount a hitch. If the shaft of this hitch is 51, then the distance between the center of holes would be less because the arms curve inward. Please confirm what the distance is between the center of the holes when fully extended. Fully extended would be when the adjustable arms are flush at the ends with the shaft. Thank you.

The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701 is 51 inches from end to end (see accompanying photo), so to fit your camper you will want to go to the next size up, the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 68-1/2" Wide # C13704.
This hitch has a longer crosstube but it is designed to be trimmed so the ends are flush with the brackets. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and has a lifetime warranty which speaks to its durability. Please keep in mind that when using this hitch with accessories like a cargo carrier it is recommended you use Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap # 18050 as well.
I have added links to the install instructions and some video reviews for you to check out.
