I have a landing gear both gears have 15 teeth one is thicker than the other one I think it might be a Atwood

It sounds like you need a new gearbox for your Atwood landing gear. I recommend the all-aluminum Lippert gearbox # LC276602 which works as a replacement for most brands of landing gear including Atwood, Lippert, and Stromberg-Carlson. The gearbox # RVLG-RDBOX that you referenced is for etraier and Ram brands of landing gear.
