Question:

What else could I use on a Tab RV for a bike rack that would be lower for me? The height of Jack-It would make it difficult for me to get the bike up and down

The best option I have for you to carry a bike while pulling your T@B Trailer with a 2015 Ford Edge is to place it in between the trailer and vehicle using an adapter, the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount part # D210. This adapter would then allow you to place a bike rack in the upper receiver tube portion all while using the lower ball mount platform to continue towing your trailer.

If you only have one or 2 bikes then I recommend the Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # KU98VR. The clearance between the bike rack and trailer will be close but I think you can make it work if you replace the fixed mount jack with the Bulldog Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack - Topwind # BD151460 which will swivel up out of the way. To install this jack, you would also need the weld-on swivel mounting bracket # F500242 and the swivel snap ring # BD500241.
