Can Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller be Installed in Upside Down 7-Way

Question:
Will the Curt Echo work upside down? On our GMC Colorado, the 7way is upside down compared to our Ford van.

Yes, if the Curt Echo Mobile brake controller part # C51180 that you referenced was installed in an upside down 7-way like what you have it would work fine. I attached a picture of it installed rotated 90 degrees to the left.
