Can I Access the Switch If I Use Double Sided Tape To Install the ATAK Solar Motion Light

Question:
How on earth could I get to the switch and battery compartment of the ATAK Solar Motion Light - Weatherproof - 900 Lumens if I attach it with the 3M double sticky tape?

The ATAK Solar Motion Light part # PT702 as the title states is a motion powered light. It is not really designed to be continually turned off and on. The switch on the back is for light intensity so once you find out which intensity is best for you, you can mount the light with either the screws or double sided tape. It would then provide 30 seconds of illumination when movement is detected.
