IS THIS PRODUCT MADE IN THE USA ? IF NOT WHAT BRAND LOCKING PIN CAN I BUY THAT IS MADE IN THE USA ?????

For a standard hitch pin lock made in the USA we have the Deadbolt part # BD580405 that will work great. For a for a combination hitch lock and lock for Andersen ball mounts like the part # AM3493 that you referenced we do not have this application made in the USA.
