Can this hose be used to connect the trailer quick connect to a Coleman ROADTRIP® LXE GRILL using the grills adapter for a 1lb propane cylinder?

Yes, the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Hose # 100476-120-MBS has a threaded male Disposable Cylinder connector on one end (see photo please) that will mate with the female Disposable Cylinder connector on the adapter shown in your photo. The other end of the hose has a quick disconnect fitting for the trailer propane supply.
