Determining if Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier Will Work on Airstream Flying Cloud

Has anyone had success installing one of these with an Airstream? We have a 2015 Flying Cloud. Thanks!

I searched through our customer reviews for the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier # CC-255 and wasn't able to find one that mentioned installing it on an Airstream Trailer. With that being said looking at pictures online of your Airstream Flying Cloud it appears to have a pretty standard A-Frame design at the front that should work very well with the carrier.

The one thing you will want to check is the height of that aluminum propane cover on the A-Frame in relation to the height of the carrier to make sure it will extend up over it when mounted.

From where the mounting brackets will attach to the trailer frame up to the platform there is a height of 29 inches. You will want to compare this to the height of your propane cover to ensure that it clears. Also just make sure that the A-frame is between 12 inches and 52 inches wide and between 3-1/2 inches and 6-1/2 inches tall.

This cargo carrier is a really great solution for carrying extra gear while you're towing the trailer. I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
