There are not any fuses on your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 that must be pulled before being flat-towed according to the owner's manual. However, you will need to disconnect the battery each time in order to prevent it from draining while in tow and in order to do this with the flick of a switch you can use the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch part # RM-766.
If you need any other parts to complete your flat-towing setup then please just let me know.
