I want to convert my 2007 Mastercraft boat trailer with reliable brand surge tongue to electric over hydraulic. I have a Ford ff15” with built in controller. What components would I need. The trailer is also four wheel disc brakes

Since you already have hydraulic disc brakes on your Mastercraft boat trailer, you can make the conversion to an electric over hydraulic set up pretty easily; in fact, we have a kit that has everything you need.

The HydraStar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness # HS381-9067 comes with everything you need, the EOH actuator, breakaway, 7-way trailer connector, junction box and additional mounting hardware.

The only thing you did not mention was the year of your Ford F-150; this actuator is compatible with the factory brake controller on a Ford F-150 in certain model years. However, if your F-150 is a 2007 or 2008 model year you will need the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Adapter Module # HBA-CAM.
