I have a 2018 F150 SuperCrew w/ 5.5 foot bed and revolver x4. I believe i saw a post indicating the Thule TracRac SR is compatible. Are the racks removable?

Yes, you are correct that the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Ladder Racks are compatible with the BAK Revolver X4s tonneau covers such as # BAK39ZR. And the TracRac SR does allow the uprights to be removed completely from their tracks or moved to your desired positions for specific cargo needs.
The TracRacs for your 5-1/2-foot bed 2018 F-150 are the standard 2-bar system # TH43002XT-508 and the 3-bar system that includes an over-the-cab cantilever # TH43002XT-508EX. Both have a 1250-lb weight capacity, the highest of all ladder racks we offer.
