How does one get in and out of the screen room? Is there a exit door that leads to outside?

Yes, both the Solera Family Room part # LC362232 and Solera Screen Room part # LC362220 have a door. The door is easier to see on the Solera Family Room and I have attached a photo to point this out for you but I can confirm there is one on the Solera Screen Room as well. The door will roll up and down to allow you in and out of the room.
