As long as the double wall still allows for the clamp on the underside of your bed rail, the Brophy Tie-Downs # HSSF will work. The brace on the bottom is adjustable so it will account for the additional wall on the inside of the bed. If you don't have that lip, they you may want to instead consider the Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie Downs - Bed Mount - Black Powder Coated Steel - Qty 4 # TDSF which won't utilize that lip or the inside of the bed.
Then you can simply use the Brophy Basic Turnbuckles w/ Hardware for Camper Tie-Downs # TDHP to secure your truck bed camper.
