The B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRM1319 that you referenced is for a Ram 1500 so it isn't compatible with your 1989 Ford F-350. Instead you want part # BWGNRK1110 if you have the Overload Springs or part # BWGNRK1100 if you don't have the Overload Springs. Please note that neither of these will fit if you have a Cab and Chassis or your F-350 has a 34" frame.
