Question:

Can I purchase just frame side plates for a turnover hitch mount? Will the main body of the hitch attach to other rails and frame plates? For instance Ford to Dodge.

For just the rails of the kit you referenced part # BWGNRK1313 you would want the part # BWGNRM1313 which comes with everything except the center section.

If you already have the Center Section # BWGNRC959 then you just need the Rail Kit # BWGNRM1067 to fit this to your 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with the 6-1/2' bed.
