I have a 2011 ford f250 su9er duty diesel that came with a factory installed goose neck ball. the base is round, What adapter hitch do I need to convert from the round to the square needed for the companion fifth wheel. I want to purchase a new fifth wheel camper and they said I need this hitch to keep the camper under warranty.

All of the gooseneck balls for your factory hitch have a round shank. There is no adapter product to convert that round gooseneck ball receptacle to a square one that can accept the B&W Companion 5th wheel # BWRVK3500 or the flatbed version # BWRVK3050.
If you truck did NOT have the factory rail kit you could install the B&W Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # BWGNRK1111-5W which would then allow you to use the Companion 5th wheel hitch.
