Question:
I wanted a panel to help keep my batteries charged while in storage or out camping. What would I need for this? Panels and a power storage correct?

Using a solar panel to help keep the batteries charged on your trailer while it's in storage is a great idea. You are right that you will just need a panel and some kind of controller to prevent overcharge.
I recommend taking a look at the Go Power Eco Solar Charging System # 34273837 which includes both of these components. The 20-Watt panel along with the solar controller will use sunlight to trickle charge the batteries and regulate the current flow to prevent overcharging. The panel is also large enough that you will be able to charge the batteries up too when it's time to actually take the camper out on the road.
I have attached a short video review on this kit that you can check out as well.
