Yes, you can use Curt Class II hitch # C12142 on your 2018 Jeep Renegade Latitude 4WD.

You can also use any of the other hitches made for the vehicle that appear on the linked page, such as the Class III Curt 2-inch model # C13269 which I recommend instead. An install video is linked for you too. The 2-inch hitch has a higher weight rating and will also be more broadly compatible with available hitch-mount accessories like bike and cargo carriers. If you already own 1-1/4-inch Class II accessories then hitch # C12142 will work fine.

If you need a 4-pole trailer wiring harness I suggest the Tekonsha kit # 118651 because we find their wiring products to be the most reliable.
