The dimensions of the rectangular metal nut part on the Yakima HD Bar SL Adapter 4-piece kit # Y03541 (their part 8003541) and the single piece part # 8880637 are shown in the linked image. The metal nut measures 1-1/8-inch x 3/4-inch. The overall height of the nut from the top to the wider base part is 3/4-inch.
