The Replacement Motor Home Air Hose Connection Assembly for SMI Air Force One Braking System # SM99625 is absolutely compatible with the Air Force One # SM99243 and the older model as well. It will be compatible with a 5 year old unit whether SM99202 or # SM99243 (9599007). The newest number was just a manufacturer part number change as Demco bought out SMI.
