We have a F2825 model not working been working. We are looking to replace it cant find this model.

What about 2018 Columbus it says 28”?

@Chris Sorry but we dont have a 28" wide fireplace. The closest to that would be the 26" # 324-000068 mentioned above.

@ChristinaC Yes so the 26" fireplace like part # 324-000068 is intended for a 6-1/4" wide x 20-1/2" tall x 5-3/8" deep wall cutout. Overall including the front flange it measures 28-3/8" wide x 21-3/8" tall. I see you left another comment on here saying your cutout is 28" x 24.5". If so, you could make the # 324-000068 work, you would just have to modify the cutout slightly and add some extra material to cover the gap and make sure the unit is properly housed.
