The Roadmaster BrakeMaster part # RM-9160 that you referenced is compatible with the brake style of your 2018 Chevy Colorado. We confirmed this with Roadmaster. They also have a special seat adapter they made for your truck too with the part # RM-88315 that you'll want as well. The BrakeMaster is not compatible with active power assist brakes but since your truck does not have this style of brakes this would not be an issue.
