For a Larson hull of that size I recommend the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers # CE27640 because they are 60" tall, which should give you plenty of visibility if you have to submerge your trailer a decent amount in order to get your boat onto your trailer.
These guide-ons will fit trailer frames that are up to 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall, though if your frame is up to 5-1/4" tall you can still use these guide-ons by adding the CE Smith Extra-Long U-Bolt Kit for Boat Trailer Guide-Ons # CE11416.
