How fast is the highest speed suggested for this 4.80-12 class rated b tire

To get a speed rating of 81 mph, you can purchase the tire and wheels separately and have them mounted at a local shop. You would use the wheel, part # AM20122 and the tire part # TTWSF48012C. I attached videos of both of these products.
If you can settle for speed of 65 mph, you could choose a pre-mounted pair from the attached list.
