Question:

I have a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado I recently added reverse lights to my trailer. Im not getting power from the truck 7 pin center pin I replaced the fuse used a test light and no power. All other lights and signals on the trailer work.

A 7-way can sometimes be used as an auxiliary 12 volt source. Did you wire the 7-way yourself or did it come with the connector? If it came with the 7-way already on it I'm guessing that pin was not used for reverse lights so you may need to wire it to your truck's reverse lights. Also make sure the wire is properly seated in the connector and that wire isn't somehow damaged. You may need to use wire # 10-1-1 to replace or re-wire as needed.
