i need to make sure i purchase the correct 7 way plug for Ford F250 SUPER DUTY Truck and trailer combo

I recommend Hopkins 7 and 4-pole trailer connector socket part # HM40975 for the factory tow package on your 2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty. This Hopkins trailer connector plugs into the OEM tow package wiring harness. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
For the trailer side, I recommend Bargman part # WG54006-043 7-Way Molded Trailer connector. I like the Bargman 7-Way Trailer connector because it is coiled so it's less likely to get tangled or drag the ground. I have attached a video for your reference.
