When installing a wiring kit like the Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil # RM-15267 on your 2019 Kia Soul the best way to run the wires to the rear tail lights is to route them under the vehicle between the underbody covers, securing it at various locations with zip ties while being sure to avoid any moving parts or areas that emit a lot of heat.
I have attached an install video for this particular kit on the 2015 Kia Soul that you can follow along with.
If you'd rather not perform this kind of install another option is a magnetic light kit like the Magnetic Tow Lights - Red LEDs - 4-Way Flat Connectors - 20' Long Harness # PE26UR. This won't require any splicing into the factory wires on your vehicle as the lights will simply mount to the vehicle itself and the included 4-Way harness can just be plugged into a 4-Way on the RV.
I have included an install video for this system that you can check out as well.
To flat tow your Kia Soul with all 4 wheels on the ground you will also need a base plate kit, a tow bar, safety cables, and a supplemental braking system. If you are still needing some or all of these items, please let me know and I will be happy to make some recommendations.
