Will the Thule Easy Fold EasyFold XT 2 work on my e-bike with fenders?

Yes it will. Thule's EasyFold platform rack # TH903202 is cleverly designed to adapt to all sort of bike styles and it works great for e-bikes that have fenders. The EasyFold has adjustable clamps that hold the bikes either by the frame tube or the seat post, not by the wheels, so fenders or no fenders it will safely secure your electric bike.
