Yes, the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # SMFP-1100 that you referenced can replace an electric setup on your RV. The mounting brackets of this are 25 inches wide which is a very common size but worst case scenario you'd have to move the mounting brackets or use outriggers like part # LC301704. Another option is that you could weld these to your RV frame too.
