The Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 is absolutely compatible with your 2014 Newmar Mountain Aire. It may not have shown up in our fit guide if you searched with "2014 Newmar Mountain Aire" because the fit guide is based on the chassis of the motorhome; based on my research your Mountain Aire uses a Freightliner XC chassis.
The Echo only requires your 7-way have 12 volt, turn signals and ground connected to its socket, so as long as you have a 7-way with those functions on your motorhome you can use the Curt Echo # C51180 (essentially, if you have a working 7-way you can use the Echo).
Additionally, the controller has been tested and works at distances of up to 50 feet so even the largest motorhomes are compatible.
I have added links to a couple video reviews of this controller for you to check out, as well as a link to the manual to take a look at.
