To get you the correct Bearing Buddy grease caps you will need more information. The info on the trailer sticker even if it wasn't so faded would not have helped. You will need to simply pull one of your grease caps and use a digital caliper to get a precise measurement of the inner diameter of your hub.
Once you have that measurement you can then determine the correct Bearing Buddy grease cap. I've linked the page to all of your options to assist. The precise fit is important because there can't be grease leaking or you can have axle issues beyond just a grease mess.
