There may be a solution for you, although the Reese Multi-Plug Wiring Harness # 74682 comes with a bracket and there is not an additional one made for OEM replication, you would simply need to mount it on your hitch.
There is the Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket # PK11893 which will work as an exact replacement for the connector on your 2004 Ford F-250 that you may want to check out. You can simply plug in the connector to this socket.
