Yes, this Optronics Trailer Lights # STL90RB can be used as a combined trailer tail light that can function as a taillight, a turn signal and a brake light. It has dual intensities so that it could be used as a tail light and then when the blinkers or brakes are applied the brighter filament will illuminate.
When you wire this into the wire of your trailer the white wire will need to be attached to a good clean metal surface. The black wire will be run to the tail light circuit of your trailer wiring and the red wire will run to the stop/turn signal circuit.
