Does the indicator light stay on all the time or does it display when you push to test?

I contacted our representative at CTEK about the Indicator Cable w/ Panel Box # CTEK56380. He informed me that the indicator light will always be lit.
The Panel Box can be used with all CTEK Comfort Connect 12V chargers.
