Needing a Repair Kit for a Bulldog Trailer Coupler

Question:

I need to repair this coupler. The headless bolt bent and I am not sure where to get the parts. Clearly other BD couplers are built similarly and there are repair kits. Does this specific coupler have a repair kit? The parts look exactly like F660801but that one specifically states a rating for 8K lbs.
